Case No.448 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 under Sections 109(1)/118(2)/3(5)/303(2)/329 (4)/351(2) of the BNS, 2023.

Ismail ... for the State Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the de facto complainant Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The principal accused has already been granted bail. Learned counsel for the de facto complainant submits that there were multiple stab injuries on the victim. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail, refers to the statements of the witnesses including the victim and neighbours and the injury report and submits that several injuries were inflicting on the victim. While the co-accused stabbed the victim at different parts of the body, the petitioner also assaulted him.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not think this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
