On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave is granted to file supplementary affidavit.

Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent authorities for mutual inter district transfer.

Mr. Debasish Kundu, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on 14th March, 2024 the petitioners have submitted their application seeking for mutual transfer through Utsasree Portal.

However, till date the application of the petitioners have not been processed for mutual transfer. He also informs the court that the prayer of the petitioners for mutual transfer has been sent to the respective SubInspector of Schools for further course of action. 5.

Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned Advocate appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education informs that as soon as the requisite information and necessary details are forwarded by the Sub-Inspector of Schools through the respective District Inspector of Schools (PE), the West Bengal Board of Primary Education will take a decision in respect of such prayer for mutual transfer.

In view of the above, respondent No.8, Sub-Inspector of Schools, Birbhum and the respondent No.12, SubInspector of Schools, Murshidabad are directed to forward the required details of the petitioners to the respective District Inspector of Schools (PE) for onward transmission to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, which shall decide the prayer for mutual transfer within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such information.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to communicate this order to the respondent No.8, SubInspector of Schools, Birbhum and the respondent No.12, Sub-Inspector of Schools, Murshidabad, for necessary action.

With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 26580 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 10.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

11.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 12.

There shall be no order as to costs.

13.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

14.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
