We are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no.2 but we direct that he shall continue on bail subject to conditions imposed vide order dated 17.01.2020 in addition to the other conditions imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas vide order dated 20.11.2018. With the aforesaid observations, CRM 11711 of 2018 is disposed of.
