Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner. However, it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that she was appointed as an Assistant Teacher based on her selection in a recruitment process that is 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes IX & X).

It has been submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that entire selection process that is 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX, X, XI & XII) was set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Having taken note of the submission made on behalf of the parties this court finds at present no order need be passed in this writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if situation so arises in future. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
