The present writ petition has been preferred praying for issuance of necessary direction upon the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application being OA No.1170 of 2021.

Heard Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing for the respondents, has placed before us the last order passed by the learned Tribunal on 12th December, 2023. Let a copy of the same be kept on record.

It appears from the said order dated 12th December, 2023 that the learned Tribunal heard the matter and admitted the same. The learned counsel for the applicant

therein was granted liberty to file the relevant judgments on the point relied upon before the Registry during the course of the said date and fixed the matter for final hearing on 11th January, 2024.

Mr. Ray further submits that pursuant to such order passed by the learned Tribunal the relevant judgments have already been filed before the learned Registry on 12th December, 2023 itself.

In view thereof, we are of opinion that no further interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same, is accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
