Petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that in respect of the accusations made against the private respondents to the Officer-in-Charge of Shibpur Police Station dated 31.10.2024 no action has been taken.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Mrs. Banerjee learned advocate appearing on behalf of the state has submitted a report. Report reflects that Shibpur PS Case no. 508/24 dated 18.11.2024 has been registered for investigation. In view of the police case having been registered, the grievance so advanced by the writ petitioner has been addressed. As the investigation has already commenced the investigating officer will

take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26846 of 2024 is disposed of.
