1. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the victim was recovered and was produced before the Child Welfare Committee. He submits that, the victim is presently at a Home as directed by the jurisdictional Child Welfare Committee.

2. Petitioner is represented.

3. Since the victim stands recovered, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Child Welfare Committee for custody of the victim. If such an application is made no doubt, the Child Welfare Committee will consider and decide the same in

accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No further order needs be passed in this proceeding.
