Petitioner has relied on a birth certificate issued by the local Pradhan. The said certificate is not conclusive of proof of citizenship.

Under such circumstances and in view of the nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
