Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner by filing a copy of the order being No. 36 dated 31st May, 2023 passed in Mat. Execution No. 5 of 2023/1 of 2019, submits that the entire dues in connection with the said execution case has been paid and as such the execution proceeding has been dropped on full satisfaction by the aforesaid order. He further submits that in view of full satisfaction of the said execution case on payment of the entire decreetal amount, in respect of which the order of attachment was passed for realization of the decreetal amount, has become infructuous.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, C.O. 4434 of 2019 is dismissed being infructuous. Let copy of the order dated 31st May, 2023 produced in Court be kept with the record.
