The petitioner complains that the private respondents/promoters have constructed a wall inside common premises and has threatened her and her family members with weapons. The petitioner and her daughter were also assaulted.

Karaya Police Station inspected the premises in respect of the petitioner's complaint.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out by the parties.

Karaya Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

The private respondents undertake before this Court not to disturb the petitioner and her family members.

6.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
