From the affidavit-of-service it is not clear whether the opposite parties have received notice or not as because from the three track reports it transpires that the item has been delivered at Srikrishnapur BO while the fourth track report reveals that the item has been received at Habra SO. From the track reports it is not transpiring that the opposite parties have received the same.

In such circumstance, the learned Counsel is directed to serve once again upon the respondents and to furnish affidavit-of-service.
