Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about six months and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. It has also been submitted that the victim refused medical examination.

Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are materials which

reflect that the victim was taken to Mumbai and thereafter brought back after the case was registered.

Be that as it may, since the evidence of the victim is yet to be examined, I am of the opinion that at this stage, it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2431 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
