Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities for refusing to register a case. Report submitted by the State reflects that Baruipur PS Case No. 1815/2024 dated 12.11.2024 was registered for investigation and on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court on or about November, 2024. So far as the fencing and the demarcation is concerned, petitioner is directed to take steps before the appropriate forum.

Police authorities will only act upon a specific direction of the specific forum and/or the appropriate authority in respect of rendering police assistance.

It is further directed that since the parties are in a strained relationship, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility or any untoward incident results because of such inimical relationship. With the aforesaid observations WPA 26831 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
