By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned assessment order passed by the WBGST authority concerned which is an appealable order and considering the facts of the case, I am of the view that this case does not fall in those exceptions where in spite of availability of the alternative remedy, it could be entertained.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 25725 of 2023 is dismissed with liberty to avail the alternative remedy by way of appeal.
