Reference is made to letters written to the police station in this regard by the petitioner. State and the private opposite party are represented. Apparently, an incident of assault took place and there is also a counter police complaint. Such police complaint is prior in point of time than the present one.

Apparently, both sides suffered injuries.

Learned Jurisdictional Court proceeded to grant after noticing that charge sheet stood submitted.

Post bail misconduct largely remains unsubstantiated. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present application.

In such circumstances, C.R.M. (DB) 3752 of 2024 stands dismissed.
