Mr. Amajit De .......for the petitioners The present criminal revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being GR case no.1578 of 2022 arising out of Sankrail PS case no.284 of 2022 dated 15.08.2022 under Sections 498A and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

Learned counsel for the petitioners appears and submits that in spite of his best efforts he could not get in touch with the petitioners.

There is no representation on behalf of the opposite party no.2.

There is also no representation on behalf of the State. Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel present in Court who normally appears for the State, is hereby appointed to represent the State

in this case. Let her appointment be regularized by the concerned authority.

Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate the issues raised in the instant revisional application before the appropriate Forum.

The revisional application being CRR 4385 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All pending applications connected thereto, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously after complying with all requisite formalities.
