1. Being faced with the Stamp Report regarding suit value being Rs.51/- and thus not being maintainable before this court in view of the provisions contained under Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court (W.B.

Amendment) Act, 2000, learned counsel for the appellant submits that liberty be granted to approach the court of competent jurisdiction.
