None appears for the parties.

The State is aggrieved by an order dated 12th November, 2018 passed by a Single Bench of this Court. By the said order, the respondent No.3 / the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur was directed to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the writ petitioners to be made to him.

This Court finds that the Single Bench has not in any way decided any issue by and between the parties. The question of appellants being aggrieved by the same does not and cannot arise.

For the reasons stated hereinabove, the respondent No.3 in the writ petition shall dispose of the representation of the writ petitioners in accordance with law, if not already done, within a period of a month from the date of communication of a copy of this order. 5.

Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to the respondent No.3 in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant appeal is dismissed. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, are also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.
