We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected in September 2023. Allegations involve trafficking of fake Indian currency notes. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the co-accused and his bail prayer was also turned down earlier.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and his prayer for bail is rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
