Arsalan ....for the petitioners Ms. Sujata Das Mr. Sufi Kamal ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. There are case and counter case. Both sides received injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She refers to the injury reports and to the statements of victims and other witnesses. As many as six persons received injuries. One of the injury reports shows cut injury on a vital part of the body like scalp and dislocation of shoulders. The names of the present petitioners have even been taken even in the injury report.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
