Re: CAN 1 of 2020 (CAN 923 of 2020) Though this is an application for restoration of the instant appeal dismissed for default on 6th December, 2019 at the admission stage, but the learned Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that two of the respondents have died in the meantime.

According to him, the respondent no. 8 died on 26th October, 2019 and the heirs are already on record. The respondent no. 9 died on 8th October, 2020 and the substitution is required to be made. In view of the above, let the instant application go out of list to enable the appellants to take appropriate steps in this regard.
