And In the matter of: Girish Bayen ....petitioner Ms. Rituparna Ghosh ... for the petitioner Mr. Arup Sarkar ... for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 18.11.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM (A) 3933 of 2024, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and was directed to meet the investigating officer once a week until further orders. The petitioner has duly complied with the order and now charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State relies on a report,y which is taken on record and submits that the petitioner has been complying with the order passed by this Court. Charge sheet has now been submitted.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice, the application for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail is allowed by waiving the condition to meet the investigating officer until further orders. However, the petitioner shall attend the jurisdictional Court regularly. The rest of the order passed while granting anticipatory bail shall remain the same.

With these observations and directions, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
