The petitioner has been paid interest on the ground of the delayed payment of its dues. According to the petitioner, the rate of interest that has been provided is extremely low and not in accordance with the banking regulations.

The Court is of the opinion that for obtaining further interest, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent civil forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
