1. Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay, learned Counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor no.1 has produced before us a exchange of correspondences along with PPO to show compliance of our order.

2. It appears that the District Inspector of Schools, who was present on 8th December, 2023, has acted upon his assurance.

3. Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.2 has also submitted that the PPO has been issued after reconstruction of the papers.

4. The belated compliance with apology is accepted.

5. In view thereof, the contempt application being CPAN 1544 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.

6. The Treasure shall release the amount without any further delay.
