It appears that the said FIR was stayed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.02.2023 in CRR 3501 of 2022. The stay was for a limited period, which has expired and an application for extension of the interim order is pending consideration. 3.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
