1. The learned counsel appears for the petitioner and learned counsel appears for the respondents.

2. During the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

3. It is agreed that the Government primary school building which was illegally demolished was

abandoned building and school was not functioning for last 20 years.

4. However, the property of the Government and land also on which school was standing needs to be property protected.

5. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that necessary directions may be issued in this regard.

6. Accordingly, as agreed, this PIL is disposed of by directing the official respondents to ensure that the land in question where school building is standing must be protected in accordance with law.
