Mr. Dilip Kumar Sinha .........for the Petitioner Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley .........for the WBSEDCL The petitioner seeks removal of an illegal overhead electric connection running over the premises of the petitioner.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and appropriate steps have been taken for removal of such electricity connection.

In view of the above, nothing survives of the writ petition, WPA 26499 of 2025 stands disposed of in view of the subsequent events, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.
