Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Dispute arose over cultivation of paddy. Case and counter case have been registered. Though petitioner was hospitalized, no external injuries were noted. She suffered blunt trauma. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for progress of investigation is not necessary and petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
