I have perused the said report and the same has been returned to the learned Public Prosecutor. Report reflects that the Hon'ble Supreme Court is in seisin of the investigation proceedings, which commenced pursuant to registration of Bidhannagar South Police Station Case No.240 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023 and the investigation, according to the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court is still continuing.

Accordingly, the prayer so advanced is not tenable before this Court.

Thus, C.R.R. 4401 of 2023 is dismissed.
