The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of proceeding being G.R. No. 99/2011 arising out of Jorebunglow Police Station Case No. 17/2011 dated 24.3.2011 under Sections 406/409/420/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Report shows that after trial the accused person namely, Asit Kumar Choudhury, the present petitioner, is found not guilty and is acquitted from all the charges. In view of that, instant application become infructuous and stands dismissed on merit.
