Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of the school authorities or the State. 3.

The petitioner is a disabled candidate with 60% disability.

The petitioner's application, made sometime in 2021, had been rejected without assigning any reasons by the school authorities.

Since a long period of time has lapsed and the attending facts and circumstances may have undergone a change, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh application for transfer on

the self-same ground before the school authorities by May 30, 2026.

Upon receipt of such application, the school authorities will consider and forward the said application along with the requisite declaration and No Objection Certificate to the concerned District Inspector of Schools, if she is otherwise found to be eligible.

The concerned District Inspector of Schools will deal with the matter in accordance with law and upon verification of the disability certificate of the petitioner, will forward the same to the Commission by July 15, 2026.

With the aforestated directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
