The petitioners have approached this Court challenging an order dated 14th November, 2022 passed in a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the learned Executive and Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court at Calcutta.

It appears from the order that the said order dated 14th November, 2022 has lost its force by efflux of time. Therefore, the impugned order dated 14th November, 2022 is no more in existence in the eye of law.

In view of such circumstances, I do not find any legal issue to be decided in the instant revision and accordingly, the instant revision is disposed of.
