Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, three prosecution witnesses were already examined including the victim girl.

State is represented.

Considering the facts that the trial is in progress and considering the fact that the victim girl was examined, we waive the condition of the order of anticipatory bail dated January 2, 2020 requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Mayureswar Police Station as well as to report to the police station until further orders.

CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
