The subject matter of the instant application is similar to the subject matter of WPA 26555 of 2022 (H.T. Media Limited Vs. First Labour Court & Anr.). The said writ petition (WPA 26555 of 2022) was disposed of by an order dated November 30, 2023. The said order dated November 30, 2023 shall also govern the instant writ petition.

In view of the above, WPA 26557 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
