Petitioner does not stand on the same footing as that of the other co-accuseds who were enlarged on anticipatory bail on August 8, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 3776 of 2022. The injured person implicates the petitioner among others as the person causing injuries to him.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5653 of 2022 is dismissed.
