Petitioner has assailed order dated 04.06.2019 granting bail to opposite party no.2. Trial has commenced and four witnesses have already been examined.

It is alleged that opposite party no.2 misused his liberty. We have perused the complaint filed by the petitioner. The complaint is general and omnibus. Three years have lapsed since then. No further allegation of misuse of liberty has been brought to our notice.

Under such circumstances, though we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no.2, we direct the trial court to conduct the trial expeditiously and conclude the same at an early date. Opposite party no.2 shall cooperate with the trial court in that regard.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM 12443 of 2019 is disposed of.
