Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was assaulted by the private opposite parties subsequent to the grant of the interim anticipatory bail. The jurisdictional Court is not taking up the anticipatory bail application for final hearing and is extending the interim order from time to time.

State and the private opposite parties are represented. The application for interim order is yet to be finally disposed of.

In such circumstances, in our view, justice would be subserved by requesting the Court in seisin of the application of anticipatory bail to hear and dispose of the application for anticipatory bail on the next date of hearing fixed without

granting any adjournments to any of the parties on any ground whatsoever.
