Learned counsel for the Regulatory Commission submits that the subject matter of challenge was a Tariff order of the year 2006-07. A number of Tariff orders have been passed subsequently. The subject Tariff order is no longer in force.

The writ petition has therefore become infructuous. Hence WPA 26642 of 2008 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
