1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim states that petitioner is one of his assailants. In view of the aforesaid clinching evidence and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
