The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test for recruitment of Assistant Teachers, 2016 in Upper Primary Level of Schools. He applied for the subject Bengali under OBC-A category.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of having the requisite score, he was not called on for personality test. The petitioner is praying that an opportunity may be given to him to participate in the said personality test.

Dubey, learned counsel for the Commission, files a report as directed by the order dated February 01, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the petitioner scored 63.6 which is much below the cut off marks for the said personality test.

That being the position, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as prayed for.

Accordingly, WPA 26570 of is dismissed, however, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
