1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of a Misc. Case No. 6 of 2013 under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, which is pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore.

2. It is submitted that the affidavit-in-chief was already filed by the petitioner on 19th December, 2015 and from then on the matter is pending before the Court.

3. Considering all facts and circumstances, I find no reason to serve notice.

4. Service of notice stands dispensed with.

5. The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore is requested to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 6 of 2013 preferably within six months from the date of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the case.

6. With the aforesaid observations and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated and connected application, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.

8. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to intimate the order to the learned Trial Judge.

9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
