Petitioner complains that she has been thrown out of her house by her son and his wife. Petitioner being the mother intends to enter into the house. Accordingly, petitioner would approach the Officer-in-Charge, Pathar Pratima Police Station on 21.11.2024.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

The Officer-in-Charge, Pathar Pratima Police Station will depute a lady police personnel who would accompany the petitioner and ensure that she gets smooth access at her residence. The lady police personnel so deputed would every alternate day take

a report as to whether any harassment or humiliation is faced by the present petitioner. Such arrangement would continue for a period of 4 weeks from the date of entering the residence. In the meantime, petitioner would approach the appropriate authority under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

If any incident of harassment or humiliation takes place, the Officer-in-Charge, Pathar Pratima Police Station would take strict action against either of the parties.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26898 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
