Mr. Syed Shafi Ahmed, Mr. Syed N. Ahmed ..for the defendant/opposite parties in CO/3563/2010 and for the plaintiff/petitioners in CO/2782/2011. Both the parties in respect of both the revisional applications are represented by the learned Counsels. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter in dispute has already been settled outside the Court. Instructions as received by the learned Counsel on behalf of the opposite parties in C.O. 3563 of 2010 and petitioners in C.O. 2782 of 2011 are filed before this Court. Learned Counsel appearing for other sides has admitted the said fact of settlement.

Let those instructions be kept with the record. Accordingly being C.O. 3563 of 2010 and C.O. of 2011 are hereby dismissed as nonprosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
