And In the matter of : Md. Jahangir ...... petitioner Mrs. Kakali Chatterjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee, Ms. Purnima Ghosh ....for the State Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, the petitioner was required for investigating an assembly for dacoity. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus rejected. CRM(A) 4996 of 2023 is disposed of.
