Ccase No.2220 of 2018 arising out of Howrah P.S. Case No.206 of 2018 dated April 23, 2018 under section 143/447/385/506/34 IPC added section 387 IPC which was issued on September 16, 2022 passed by the learned CJM, Howrah. Having regard to the time period which has already lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that there is bound to be changed circumstances and as such the consequential orders will have a separate effect which are different from the impugned order. As such, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned at this belated stage.

Consequently, CRR No.4391 of 2022 stands dismissed. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
