Hrishikesh Banik and others Ms. Manali Biswas .... for the petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that despite attempt to serve a notice on her client, that is, the petitioners, with whom the learned Advocate has had no contact for a considerable period, such service could not be effected and the envelope returned with the endorsement "addressee absent".

Since it does not appear that the petitioners are interested any further to prosecute the matter, CO No. 3568 of 2010 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
