It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sadhu, that the School Service Commission has issued an order of transfer.

The petitioner may join the transferred school. Since the existing school has not yet issued NOC, it shall be treated as if the NOC has already been granted. The existing school shall transfer the service records of the petitioner to the new school.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
