Md. Kutubuddin ... for the petitioner Mr. Asif Dewan ... for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of an electric connection for the submersible pump of the petitioner.

On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that there has been no compliance with the necessary statutory formalities and the petitioner has not furnished the relevant documents. A list of such documents is handed over to the Advocate for the petitioner.

In view of the documents sought for by the WBSEDCL, WPA 26585 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh application with all relevant documents, which have been sought for by WBSEDCL.

If such application along with all necessary documents are furnished by the petitioner, WBSEDCL is directed to consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two weeks from the date of filing of such fresh application.

The written instructions filed on behalf of WBSEDCL be kept with the records.
