The Superintendent of Police, Howrah (Rural) District has filed a report indicting that the raid conducted on the petitioner's residence was with a lady constable, Mousumi Sadhukhan, on 25.11.2022. The duty roster as reflected in the command certificate has been enclosed by the S. P.

This Court, therefore, does not find any infirmity in the raid conducted on the petitioner's residence albeit in the middle of the night.

It is ordered that the investigation be completed as expeditious as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from date. The tower location of the IO's and the petitioner's husband mobile phone, and all other relevant details shall be taken into consideration by the I. O. Final report shall be vetted by the office of the S. P., Howrah (Rural) District.

The writ petition is disposed of.

The report of the Superintendent of Police, Howrah (Rural) District dated 07.12.2022 is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
