Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 77 years old and he has been framed in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the witnesses as well as that of the victim.

I have taken into account the statement of the witnesses and I find from the record that the lady refused medical examination. Having considered the age of the present petitioner and the fact that case has been committed, I direct the learned Trial Court to release the

petitioner on bail after the charges are framed. Learned Trial Court would allow the petitioner to furnish bond on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper ensuring his further appearance before the court.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for bail, being CRM (M) 2438 of 2025, is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
